Garden Fried Rice

Ingredients:

  • 2 teaspoons oil
  • 1/4 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 cup of garden veggies, chopped or grated
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 cup brown rice, cooked
  • 1 egg, beaten

Materials

  • Colander
  • Cutting board
  • Knife
  • Grater
  • Peeler
  • 6 small bowls

What to Do:

  1. Heat oil in pan.
  2. Chop onion and garlic, add to pan and sauté until transparent.
  3. Chop or grate vegetables and add to pan.
  4. Add soy sauce.
  5. Stir fry until tender.
  6. Add rice and eggs.
  7. Cook, stirring over medium heat until eggs are cooked through.
  8. Serve and enjoy!
