Plant Parts Sandwiches


  • 1 Root (carrot, beet, radish, etc.)
  • 1 Stem (celery, beet stem, chard stem, etc.)
  • 1 Leaf (lettuce, beet green, chard, spinach, etc.)
  • 1 Flower (broccoli, calendula, nasturtium, cauliflower, etc.)
  • 1 Fruit (tomato, pepper, berries, apple, etc.)
  • Sunflower Seed Butter


  1. Wash your hands.
  2. Spread leaf with sunflower seed butter
  3. Grate, rip, or chop other plant parts
  4. Add all of the plant parts onto the leaf
  5. Roll up like a burrito and eat!
