- 1 can black beans
- 1/2 cup mild salsa
- 1/4 cup cilantro, minced
- 1 TBSP lime juice
- 1/2 tsp garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/8 tsp salt
- Wash hands.
- Use a knife to chop up cilantro and garlic.
- Combine all ingredients together in a medium-sized bowl.
- Mash with a masher or fork until it is the consistency you would like.
- Enjoy! Try dipping carrot sticks or other cut up veggies in it.
