Black Bean Dip

Serves 4

Ingredients:

  • 1 can black beans
  • 1/2 cup mild salsa
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, minced
  • 1 TBSP lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/8 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Wash hands.
  2. Use a knife to chop up cilantro and garlic.
  3. Combine all ingredients together in a medium-sized bowl.
  4. Mash with a masher or fork until it is the consistency you would like. 
  5. Enjoy! Try dipping carrot sticks or other cut up veggies in it.
