Ingredients:

  • 1 Root (carrot, beet, radish, etc.)
  • 1 Stem (celery, beet stem, chard stem, etc.)
  • 1 Leaf (lettuce, beet green, chard, spinach, etc.)
  • 1 Flower (broccoli, calendula, nasturtium, cauliflower, etc.)
  • 1 Fruit (tomato, pepper, berries, apple, etc.)
  • Sunflower Seed Butter (this is the seed)

Materials:

  • Colander
  • Cutting board
  • Knife
  • Grater
  • Peeler
  • 6 small bowls

What to Do:

  1. Spread leaf with sunflower seed butter
  2. Grate, rip, or chop other plant parts
  3. Add all of the plant parts onto the leaf
  4. Roll up like a burrito and eat!
