Thanks to avid support from the school administration and the PTA (Families for Everson) a garden was built at Everson Elementary in 2019. Volunteers with the Cornwall Church donated materials and their time to build the garden’s beautiful 10 raised beds, with approximately 255 square feet of growing space. The garden also features 6 benches that convert into tables for additional workspace for garden and outdoor math or English classes alike. Everson students now enjoy planting seeds, building their compost pile, and eating from their garden.
