Serves 4-5

Ingredients:

  • 5-7 leaves of lettuce or kale
  • 1 can garbanzo beans
  • 3 radishes
  • ½ cup of Sugar snap peas
  • ½ teaspoon of salt/ pepper
  • Oil and vinegar 
  • Nutritional yeast

Directions:

  1. Wash hands
  2. Open and drain can of garbanzo beans
  3. Chop radishes
  4. Use lettuce or kale leaves as your taco “shell” and add beans, chopped radishes, and peas
  5. Add oil and vinegar
  6. *Optional* add a dash of nutritional yeast on top!
