Honey Seed Balls

Recipe adapted from: Life Lab

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup of sesame seeds
  • 1/2 cup of sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup of oats (use gluten-free certified if necessary)
  • 1/2 cup of cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup of honey
  • Berries

Materials:

  • Colander
  • Bowl
  • Mixing spoon
  • Measuring spoons/cups

What to Do:

  1. Combine all ingredients except berries into a bowl and mix well.
  2. Shape mixture into balls and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  3. Serve with berries and enjoy!
