Orange and carrot in blender ready to make a smoothie

This recipe requires the use of a blender or food processor

Recommended materials: Blender or food processor, knife, cutting board, tablespoon (or one big spoon), ½ cup measuring cup.

 

This recipe makes roughly 3-4 cups of smoothie. 

Ingredients:

  • 1 orange (peeled and sliced into quarters)
  • 3 baby carrots or 1 large carrot (cut into a few pieces) 
  • ½ cup yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • ½ cup milk (can be replaced with alternative milk product if desired)
  • 2 TBSP WOWBUTTER or sunflower seeds (optional)
  • 1 banana (optional)

Directions: 

  1. Wash hands.
  2. Add all ingredients to your blender or food processor.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Enjoy!

 

Ingredientes:

  • 1 naranja (pela y corta en 4 pedazos)
  • ½ taza de yogur
  • ½ taza leche de coco
  • 3 zanahorias pequeñas o 1 zanahoria grande (corta en unos pedazos) 
  • ½ taza de leche
  • 2 cucharadas de WOWBUTTER (opcional)
  • 1 banana (opcional)

Direcciones:

  1. Lávate las manos a lo menos 20 segundos.
  2. Añade todos los ingredientes a la licuadora.
  3. Mezcla todos los ingredientes hasta que estén suaves.
  4. ¡Disfrute!
