Ingredients:

  • 1 bundle of kale
  • 4 large carrots
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • ½ cup of Sugar snap peas
  • ½ teaspoon of salt/ pepper
  • Nutritional yeast
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil

Directions:

  1. Wash hands
  2. Rip kale into bowl
  3. Chop carrots and garlic
  4. Add oil to pan, then add carrots and kale
  5. Add garlic, peas, and salt and pepper
  6. Cook for ten minutes, then serve with a dash of nutritional yeast
  7. Enjoy!
