- Large tortillas
- Cooked pinto beans (1 1/2 cups or 1 can)
- Shredded cheese
- Oil or butter, for cooking
What to do:
- Lay out tortillas and sprinkle cheese over one half of each tortilla.
- Spread beans on top of cheese.
- Fold tortillas in half.
- Melt butter or heat oil in skillet over medium heat.
- Add the quesadilla to pan.
- Cook until the cheese is melted, flipping once.
