Serves 4-6 people


  • 1 box of whole grain pasta
  • 2 cups of black beans
  • 1 cup of corn
  • 1 can of diced tomatoes
  • ½ medium onion, diced
  • 2 cups of chopped greens
  • Olive oil, cilantro, salt, pepper, cumin, or oregano, to taste.


  1. Cook pasta 
  2. Add rinsed beans, corn, tomatoes, onion, and greens to the cooked pasta
  3. Drizzle with oil and add flavor by pinching in so cilantro, salt, pepper, cumin, or oregano! Try them all!
