Serves 10 preschoolers for snack
Ingredients:

1 can garbanzos (15 oz)

⅓ cup sunbutter

¼ cup lemon juice

1 tsp salt
-
2 tsp garlic, minced (or ¼ tsp powdered ginger)

1 TBSP olive oil

Carrots (10 large)
-
Celery (5 stems) — or other veggies!
Directions:

Wash hands.

In a large bowl, add garbanzos and mash with a potato masher until smooth.

Add sun butter, lemon juice, salt, garlic, and olive, and mix well
- Cut carrots and celery into sticks
-
Scoop hummus with carrots and celery and other veggies.
