- 1 cup craisins
- 1 cup raisins
- 1.5 cups sunflower seeds
- 1 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1.5 cups oats
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- a couple pinches of salt
- optional: edible flowers or fresh herbs from the garden
- Wash hands.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet on a medium-high heat.
- Add oats to skillet and stir consistently for a few minutes, until the oats begin to brown.
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
