Ingredients:
- 1 Root (carrot, beet, radish, etc.)
- 1 Stem (celery, beet stem, chard stem, etc.)
- 1 Leaf (lettuce, beet green, chard, spinach, etc.)
- 1 Flower (broccoli, calendula, nasturtium, cauliflower, etc.)
- 1 Fruit (tomato, pepper, berries, apple, etc.)
- Sunflower Seed Butter (this is the seed)
Materials:
- Colander
- Cutting board
- Knife
- Grater
- Peeler
- 6 small bowls
What to Do:
- Spread leaf with sunflower seed butter
- Grate, rip, or chop other plant parts
- Add all of the plant parts onto the leaf
- Roll up like a burrito and eat!
