Serves 4-5
Ingredients:
- 5-7 leaves of lettuce or kale
- 1 can garbanzo beans
- 3 radishes
- ½ cup of Sugar snap peas
- ½ teaspoon of salt/ pepper
- Oil and vinegar
- Nutritional yeast
Directions:
- Wash hands
- Open and drain can of garbanzo beans
- Chop radishes
- Use lettuce or kale leaves as your taco “shell” and add beans, chopped radishes, and peas
- Add oil and vinegar
- *Optional* add a dash of nutritional yeast on top!
