This recipe requires the use of a blender or food processor
Recommended materials: Blender or food processor, knife, cutting board, tablespoon (or one big spoon), ½ cup measuring cup.
This recipe makes roughly 3-4 cups of smoothie.
Ingredients:
- 1 orange (peeled and sliced into quarters)
- 3 baby carrots or 1 large carrot (cut into a few pieces)
- ½ cup yogurt (plain or vanilla)
- ½ cup coconut milk
- ½ cup milk (can be replaced with alternative milk product if desired)
- 2 TBSP WOWBUTTER or sunflower seeds (optional)
- 1 banana (optional)
Directions:
- Wash hands.
- Add all ingredients to your blender or food processor.
- Blend until smooth.
- Enjoy!

- ½ taza de yogur
- ½ taza leche de coco
- 3 zanahorias pequeñas o 1 zanahoria grande (corta en unos pedazos)
- ½ taza de leche
