Ingredients:
- 1 bundle of kale
- 4 large carrots
- 3 cloves garlic
- ½ cup of Sugar snap peas
- ½ teaspoon of salt/ pepper
- Nutritional yeast
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
Directions:
- Wash hands
- Rip kale into bowl
- Chop carrots and garlic
- Add oil to pan, then add carrots and kale
- Add garlic, peas, and salt and pepper
- Cook for ten minutes, then serve with a dash of nutritional yeast
- Enjoy!
