Ingredients:

  • Lettuce
  • Carrots
  • Beets
  • Radish
  • Purple cabbage
  • Kohlrabi
  • Calendula petals/nasturtium

Dressing option #1:

  • 3 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 Tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon Agave nectar
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce

Dressing option #2:

  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • pinch of salt

Materials:

  • Graters
  • Cutting boards
  • Mixing bowl
  • Mixing spoon
  • Measuring spoon
  • Knife

What to Do:

  1. Cut, tear, or grate vegetables, add to bowl
  2. Add flower petals
  3. Make and pour dressing into bowl
  4. Mix and enjoy!
