- Calendula petals/nasturtium
Dressing option #1:
- 3 Tablespoon olive oil
- 2 Tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon Agave nectar
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
Dressing option #2:
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1 tsp lime juice
- pinch of salt

- Graters
- Cutting boards
- Mixing bowl
- Mixing spoon
- Measuring spoon
- Knife
What to Do:
- Cut, tear, or grate vegetables, add to bowl
- Add flower petals
- Make and pour dressing into bowl
