Tea Time Sandwiches

Serves 4-5

Ingredients:

  • 6 slices of whole wheat bread
  • 1 medium cucumber
  • ½ cup hummus (store-bought or homemade)

Directions:

  1. Wash hands.
  2. Cut bread slices  in 4
  3. Slice cucumbers into thin ¼ inch circles
  4. Take a spoonful of hummus on one side of bread
  5. Place cucumbers on hummus
  6. Add a slice with bread on top
  7. Enjoy!

Note: Play with other ingredients! You can add tomatoes, chives etc!
