- 6 slices of whole wheat bread
- 1 medium cucumber
- ½ cup hummus (store-bought or homemade)
- Wash hands.
- Cut bread slices in 4
- Slice cucumbers into thin ¼ inch circles
- Take a spoonful of hummus on one side of bread
- Place cucumbers on hummus
- Add a slice with bread on top
